We have tried to make the website quick and convenient as possible while adding as much content about the product as possible, to try and give you an in depth description to help you through the buying process. Also we maintain a high level of security and privacy, as this is extremely important to us. Blind Superstore is a site you can trust, we will guide you every step of the way to give you a thorough online shipping experience.

· Home page link: You can get back to our home page at any time by clicking on the on the homepage link scrolled across the categories at the top of the Blind Superstore Site.
· Search box: The search box is always on the top left hand side of the site; you can search by blind type, colour or product.
· Your basket: The number of items in your basket can always be seen at the top left of the screen. To see what you have in your basket you need to click the “View basket” link. When you click on your basket it shows you what items you have added to the basket, and also a breakdown of costs.

Using Search

At Blind Superstore we have put together the best window blinds ranges, which you have complete access to by also using our search field in the top left of our site. Our search engine facility works by queering our huge database of products and finding the best products that matches the blind you are searching for.

We offer a number of options for secure payments, including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and Delta.

Placing your Order


Once you have found the blinds to suit your home and window, add them to your basket. You can begin the checkout process by clicking on the ‘your basket’ link at the top of the site.

· You can go straight to the checkout to pay for the blinds and arrange delivery.
· At the checkout point, you can review and amend your order details on the summary page.
· When your ready to complete your order, click, ‘place order now’ button and you will then receive and order confirmation page and e-mail shortly after that.

Swatches Service


This is a free online service to help you choose the right fabric, color and texture for your blinds.

These swatches are posted to you 1st class to your preferred UK address. Please allow up to 5 working days. Samples do not include any samples of components or any part of the blind other than the main material and fabric.

Right-click here to download pictures. To help protect your privacy, Outlook prevented automatic download of this picture from the Internet.Blind Superstore charge a flat fee of £5.95 for delivery throughout the UK mainland regardless of the size of order.

Readymade blinds for the UK mainland are usually delivered within 3-5 working days and more often than not within this time.

Blinds that are customised to size will take 7 working days for delivery.

Made to measure

Made to measure blinds to exact measurements will take 7-10 working days for delivery. If we try to deliver your new blinds while you are out a card will be left giving details of the local collection point. You can contact the collection depot to re-arrange free delivery or call to collect the package yourself.

We can deliver to the Scilly Isles, Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight as well as Northern Ireland at an additional cost of £9.00 per order.

Orders for the Channel Islands will be priced at a delivery cost of £30.00 up to a weight limit of 30 kg. Over the limit and we will contact you with the additional cost for approval. Delivery FAQ's

When will my product be delivered?


Ready-made blinds are delivered with the timescales of 3-5 days. If you have ordered customised blinds for your windows then this could take up to 7 days to be delivered. If you do not receive your blinds within the suggested time periods, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@blindsuperstore.com

Do we have a disposal and Installation Service?


Unfortunately at present we are all about the Internet, so this service as of yet is not offered at Blind Superstore.

Do you deliver your blinds outside of the United Kingdom?


At present we only deliver to the UK, for a flat fee charge of £3 to all of the UK Mainland. We will do anything to help so if you reside outside of this area, then please feel free to enquire at support@blindsuperstore.com.

Do we deliver to your address?

Yes of course, you can even select a work address for it to be delivered at your convenience!

What If I am not in when you deliver my blinds?

Delivery will usually be made Monday to Friday between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm. If you or the recipient is not available then a card will be left at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange a delivery when it is convenient or to collect your products.

No Hassle Returns policy

We know you will love our blinds, that’s why we can promise that if you don’t like the blinds you purchased from us you may return the item to us within 7 days of delivery.

It is essential that you haven’t altered the product in any way and this policy applies to our readymade products and cannot apply to custom or made to measure product, so please double check your measurements and use our guide for assistance.

We ask that any returns are sent back in their original state and original packing. The 7 day return policy is additional to your standard 12 month guarantee and does not affect it in any way.

If the goods have been damaged during transit to your address, then you must either reject the delivery as damaged or accept the delivery but you must sign the paperwork stating the goods were damaged upon receipt.

Remember we cannot offer refunds on blinds that have been altered in any way or not returned in the original packing.

We will only use information collected about you in accordance with the data protection act 1998. That is we will only use your information in order to process your order and to give you great service. We will always give you the opportunity to reject any further marketing information from us and we will never pass any of your details to a third party without your express permission.

Our outsourcing policy


Out sourcing policy for Blind Superstore has meant that we have travelled to far distant places and factories. We have personally inspected most of the facilities involved in the products of both components for our window blinds as well as the finished window blinds products. Our sourced factories are located across the world, for example UK, Germany, Spain, Ireland, China, Taiwan and Italy. You can be assured that all our factories have been inspected, involving non employment of child labour and the provision of adequate health and safety, for fair rates of pay and working hours as set by the governments of the country.

The highest standards


For our window blinds we source via the best factories with the highest standards. Wherever possible we encourage the use of environmentally friendly components for our window blinds. The actual fabrication of our products is not harmful to the environment, but we take an interest in the components of our window blinds products. You will notice our ‘Environ’ logo which we have designed to illustrate to you products that are made from natural materials produced using environmentally friendly components. For example we love our paper blinds which are totally natural products coloured using natural dyes and mounted on sustainable wood components. We also sell FSC certified wood and where our wood products do not carry the FSC logo it will be a temperate climate wood.
